With a true passion for earthworks, and conservation earthworks in particular, Jason has had a life long interest in earthmoving and civil construction that has seen him play a part in numerous large and small infrastructure projects on the NSW North Coast. Jason is married to Cath and is the father of three children - Eloise 18, Hughie 5, and Bly 3. Outside of Rugendyke and Bashforth Contracting, Jason priorities time with his family and involvement in basketball on the Northern Rivers.

    Adam Rugendyke


   Alstonville High School Year 12 Class of 1994

Born into an iconic earthmoving family, Adam has been surrounded by earthmoving machinery and stories of construction all of his life. He is married to Tanya and is the father of three young children, Ashley 8, Alex 4 and baby Lachlan. Adam's working life has seen him work all along the length of the Australian east coast undertaking various roles, from plant operator to supervisor. Outside of work, Adam takes great pride in his three children and spends plenty of time tending to his 120 acre beef cattle property at Fernside on the outskirts of Lismore.
